It is time again, time of fasting and diets and to be honest I can not stand diets.
The word diet is for me nothing more than deprivation, hunger, and reduced quality of life. Here it does not matter if it is a chemical diet or a normal diet. More sense, I consider a "material" to send gggggg * * or a metabolic change as the body has a self-destructive journey.
Some of us have curves and some do not, so what?! At some point in life and in the course of time a woman finds itself, right? and our human body sends us signals when we him not treated with due caution, one must pay to just that.
Last year my health was pretty bad ... oha .. I wanted the warning signals sent to me by my body does not perceive, listen but we happy, now and then anyway, unpleasant until it stops. YES, and then you have to do and what I did. A change * lol * not only a material change .. yes, yes, because we already have soooooo much of it in the closet ... but also a metabolic conversion.
is how much we value our health? What do we do? We maintain enough from the inside?
We're so "loving" our substance, wir pflegen sie, streicheln zärtlich mit dem Bügeleisen und versorgen uns immer wieder mit dem Nachschub....
Ich habe mir vorgenommen in der Umstellungsphase keine neuen Stöffchen zu kaufen und dann für jedes Kilo gab es einen Meter Stoff ;-)))) ...nein, ich habe nicht gehungert , ich habe keine Mittelchen eingenommen ( die braucht doch kein Mensch) man muss nur konsequent sein ;-))) und sich an gewisse Regeln halten ;-))) und man isst sich quasi gesund ;-))) mein Rettungsanker für meine Gesundheit: Metabolic Balance

Have you actually carnival celebrated? ? Here in Hesse, there were two days off school (Monday and Tuesday) and after 5 days, my family is from the short trip back ... sigh ..... who were on the North Sea coast, I was not able to come with me .... unfortunately Kira now completely cold ;-(..... hopefully I'll stay this time spared ....)

eigentlich hatte ich vorgehabt meinen Herzquilt zu quilten aber da ich schon seit Tagen unter furchtbaren Kopfschmerzen leide, musste ich mir eine Ablenkung suchen ....und da begegnete ich zufällig Henrietta von Anne Sutton .
Ich bin vermutlich "total verrückt" mit einem neuen Projekt anzufangen aber ich konnte nichts dagegen tun denn mit meinem geistigen Auge erblickte ich schon Henrietta in dem "primitive folk art style" ..... ;-)
so sieht mein erstes Blöckchen aus:
nach so vielen Pastell- und blumigen Farben hatte ich regelrecht "Hunger" auf dunkle Stoffe und zwar auf die woven flannel plaids. Das sind wundervolle, karierte Stoffe auf der einen Seite "normal" und on the other velvety soft and beautifully brushed ... ;-)))
These substances are difficult to get to Germany, unfortunately, many of my stash I have at times Nähwelt Machemer purchased (the shop is not too far away from me ;-))) and there have really a good choice), some had come from abroad .... and gradually I built up a fine collection which should be used.

mein Herzquilt in Arbeit....
hard to believe how fast time passes, the frosty February, yesterday adopted a sunny day ;-))) of us and soon, well hopefully, will be the long-awaited spring spread with us ;-)
hm .. . the last flowers and the butterflies have to wait first ...
... because I wanted to continue with the heart .. and come jaaaAAaaaAAaaa, it is done, the front and back are so far ... my nights were extremely short .....
the front ever sees this: Unfortunately, the photos somehow pale ...
for interim and outer stripe, I used these delicious products:
first tested whether we like:
My assorted radicals crates hold I deliberately small ;-)))
When required, for example from the trimmed my stash as this time,
, creates a back and believe me, I really had no idea how the
